EQUIPMENT RETURN DATE - JUNE 28TH

Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to your teams this ball season. You’ve made it another successful and fun year for the kids.
As the season draws to a close I’d like to schedule the equipment returns for Wednesday evening June 28th from 5-8 at the Equipment Shack/Batting Cage. Please have your families wash their pants and jersey’s prior to your last game so that they can be collected for return then. Review your equipment sign out sheets and make notes as to:
- What (if anything) is missing
- What (if anything) needs to be replaced or repaired
- What you’d like to see added to the equipment for next year
- Any other general comments, concerns, or ideas to improve for next year
DON'T FORGET TO RETURN YOUR CAGE KEYS AS WELL.
I’ve attached the spreadsheets of what was given out at the beginning of the year. Each team has its own tab along the bottom (in the event it’s been lost).
If you as a coach can’t make the drop, please assign someone from your team to bring the equipment, jerseys, pants and list in on your behalf. The kids get to keep the tee-shirts and hats. Remind them and the parents that the hats are to be used next year as well so put the hats away with the ball gear or a replacement will be $20ea.
